Food and service was great. The restaurant itself was clean, and the atmosphere was everything you'd expect at a teppanyaki place. To eat I got the Ribeye, fried rice and vegetables. Paired that with a few spicy palomas

Second time having dinner at this location.. same result.. delicious!! New York steak and shrimp, mixed veggies, and fried rice.. yea, cooked in front of you! No complaints, added a lil chili paste and the sauces.. called about a two hours before and they had open tables for reservations. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you

I have been to various locations of this chain, every chain has a different style of chefs, different costs associated with items ordered, and a different culture in service. Food is decent, but you're charged extra for butter here. The sauce is inconsistent. The sushi is not fresh. Ambiance wise, it's loud, so don't make this a Romantic date night. The grills do better at gathering the smoke so you don't end up smelling like teppan leaving, (grills are way better than other locations). The servers are a few, the chefs are even fewer, so they always look frantic trying to get done with tables. I will always go back bc I don't bother with Maki/Sabi or Tokyo wako, but I wish they were as good as the La Verne location. It seems the chefs at LaVerne are trained exceptionally well.

Everything was delicious. Same consistency as the one from another location I use to go to due to moving. For sure it's loud but fun. Service was great. My drink was always filled. I did the habachi. Rib eye. Yum. Can't wait to go again
